SOURCED WITH CARE

Our Sourcing Standards:

Responsible sourcing is a key part of how we operate. We work with trusted suppliers and manufacturers who share our standards, ensuring the people behind our products are supported and treated fairly. Our focus remains on sourcing materials with care while maintaining strong social and environmental practices.

We stay informed by working with experienced partners and regularly reviewing our approach, so our standards continue to improve over time.

Designed with Intent:

Each Rosara piece is thoughtfully developed by our team with a focus on balance, proportion and detail. From the first concept to the final product, every stage is carefully refined, from fabric selection to fit and finish. This ensures each piece meets our standard before it reaches you.

Where Our Pieces Are Made:

Rosara garments are produced by carefully selected partners in China and Italy. We work with manufacturers who meet our standards for quality and responsible working conditions, ensuring consistency at every stage of production.

Audits:

We carry out independent audits to ensure our manufacturing partners meet strong social and environmental standards, in line with our internal code of conduct and supplier requirements.

Environment, Worker Welfare & Fair Working Conditions

Environment:

We expect our suppliers to minimise environmental impact throughout production and to follow strict guidelines on restricted substances at all times.

Human Rights:

We are committed to fair and respectful treatment for everyone involved in our supply chain. Our approach is guided by clear standards across key areas:

  • Child Labour: We do not permit child labour under any circumstances.
  • Discrimination & Harassment: We expect workplaces to be inclusive, respectful, and free from discrimination or harassment.
  • Modern Slavery: Forced labour of any kind is strictly prohibited.
  • Worker Wellbeing: Suppliers are expected to maintain safe environments and provide appropriate protections when needed.

Workers' Rights:

We expect our partners to uphold workers’ rights in line with local and international standards. Our requirements focus on fair and responsible employment practices:

  • Fair Employment: Workers are employed legally and treated in line with applicable labour standards.
  • Contracts: Clear, written agreements are provided to all employees.
  • Freedom of Association: The right to organise and engage in collective dialogue is respected.
  • Grievance Channels: Workers have access to fair and confidential ways to raise concerns.
  • Fair Pay: Wages are paid reliably and in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Safe Conditions: Work environments must meet strict health and safety standards.

Supply Chain Transparency:

We require full visibility across our supply chain and do not allow subcontracting without prior approval. We also retain the right to inspect facilities to ensure our standards are consistently upheld.
